Carthage R9 School District: Invitation to Submit a Request for Proposal (RFP) for HVAC-ESCO
Request for Proposal Advertisement
Notice is hereby given that Carthage R-9 School District (the “District”) requests Proposals for the analysis and implementation of possible facility improvements. The District's objectives in issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) are to provide a competitive means in which to select a single qualified provider to implement this project. The contract shall follow the requirements of the Missouri Legislation.
Proposals will be received until 2:00 P.M. on April 30, 2026 at the office of the Superintendent, Carthage R-9 School District, Attn: Mr. Dan Hill, 709 W. Centennial Ave., Carthage, MO 64836, 417-359-7000 ext. 17202. Proposals will be in accordance with Missouri Revised Statutes and the Request for Proposal (RFP) guidelines.
Upon review of Proposals received in response to this RFP, the District may enter into a contract with the provider that provides the best overall value to the District.
The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to be the sole judge of the value and merit of the proposals offered.

The District's objectives in issuing this Request for Bid are to provide a competitive means in which to select qualified providers to implement this project. The contract shall follow the requirements of the Missouri Legislation.

Now Accepting Bids for Food Service
The Carthage R-9 School District Food Service Department will release the Request for Proposals (RFP) for milk, bread, food and supplies on Monday, June 9, 2025.
RPF packets must be received at the Welcome Center, 710 Lyon Street, Carthage, MO by 1:00 pm,
June 9, 2025.
