Teacher Prep - During the activities of the week, except when scheduled in meetings or at lunch, teachers are to use times 7:30 a.m. - 3:15 p.m. to prepare for instruction.

11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. - Lunch on your own

11:30 a.m. - 3:15 p.m. - Athletics & Activities PD, MSHSAA Coaches (Memorial Hall - Lunch provided)

12:30 - 3:15 pm. - Prepare Classrooms/Plan Instruction

12:30 - 1:30 p.m. - Year 2 Mentors & Mentee Meeting (Professional Training Center, 127 E. 6th St.)

2:00 - 3:15 p.m. - Webmaster Meeting (Admin Office, 709 W. Centennial)

5:00 - 6:00 p.m. - Carthage Early Childhood Center AM Students Open House 

5:30 - 7:00 p.m. - Carthage Intermediate Center Open House

6:00 - 7:00 p.m. - Carthage Early Childhood Center PM Students Open House

12:15 - 3:15 p.m. - MSHSAA EAP training for all CHS & CJHS coaches & activities sponsors

8:30 - 10:00 a.m. - Title I team meeting with Mr. Don Cox - Instructional Coaches and Title I teachers (Fairview Elementary gym)

10:15 - 10:30 a.m. - A+ meeting - Mr. Brant Maxwell, A+ Coordinator, Dr. Angela Holman, CHS Principal (CHS Media Center) *IF you plan on having an A+ candidate this year, your attendance at this meeting is MANDATORY, even if you have attended in previous years.
